In April 2024, students from groups S34P, S33P, S32P, and T11K, majoring in Catering Management with a qualification in Confectioner-Decorator, successfully passed their demonstration exams as part of the professional module.
These exams were a great opportunity for students to showcase not only their theoretical knowledge but also their practical skills. The aspiring confectioners created stylish and delicious modern desserts, fully meeting the standards and trends of the contemporary confectionery industry.

Evaluation criteria focused on taste, style, creativity, presentation, and relevance to modern trends
