Training seminar with young teachers

On October 20, 2023, mentor's  teachers of the commission of general education disciplines Bekova L.S. and Andabekova A.Zh held a training seminar with young teachers: Anel Iskakyzy, Daulet Zhanbol. The purpose of the seminar: to create conditions in college for the professional growth of young teachers, contributing to the reduction of adaptation problems and the successful entry into the professional activity of a young teacher. Following the seminar, a survey was conducted on the readiness and adaptability of young teachers for teaching activities.
